Slate Theory

Tasting room hours are Thursday through Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday through Wednesday, noon-5 p.m. 

Reservations are not required for tastings or bottle and glass service, tables in the tasting room are on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are required for production tours or tastings in the underground barrel facility. To schedule reservations, visit the website.
